And the Leaves of the Tree

The leaves of the tree cannabis
For healing of the nations are —
For dreams of sweet equality
And cessation of war

To lay disease from cancer to
Glaucoma down to die
To put anxiety, depression
Spite and hatred to the lie

To lead us merry back again
To where we sing and dance
Willingly relaxing, giviving
Synchronicity a chance

To operate, as in the
Uptight past we never could,
Following the flow till we
Discover it’s all good
