It is now 7:54 am

8:01 am: The alarm has either been damaged or is being repeatedly reactivated after shut off.

8:06 am: The alarm is still reactivating, folks are gathering, talking, gesticulating, shrugging..

And this perpetrator is hiding and laughing. He loves chaos.
